Meet The Band
Johnny Warman, Vocals Print E-mail

Johnny Warman Johnny has made three albums under his own name. A very successful songwriter, he has worked with Ringo Starr, Peter Gabriel, Asia, House of Lords, Starship, Ezio, Cheap Trick, Elaine Paige, Sir Tim Rice, John Bettis and many others. He has also fronted 4 Bills and a Ben, Humble Pie, The Mods and most recently his own band, Johnny Warman and the Screaming Jets. At the age of 13 he sang with Maria Callas and Tito Gobbi at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden and remembers it being a pivotal moment in regards to what he wanted to do later on in his life.

 
Steve Barnacle, Bass Print E-mail
Steve Barnacle Steve has worked with some of the world's greatest musicians, such as Tina Turner, Rick Wakeman, Pete Townsend, Rod Stewart, Fish and most recently, Queen in New York where he depped for John Deacon as they were inaugurated into the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame. He recently played for the Bonzo' He's a brilliant World Class musician and an all round great player and song writer too.
 
Mickey Simmonds, Keyboards Print E-mail
Mickey Simmonds Mickey is a keyboard virtuoso child prodigy and played with Mike Oldfield, Joan Armatrading, Paul Young's Band, Fish, Camel, The Rutles and The Bonzo's as well as his own accomplished solo career. Absolute genius.
 
Johnny Marter, Drums Print E-mail
Johnny Marter Johnny is an absolute Powerhouse, and often works with Steve Barnacle as one of the tightest rythmn sections in the country. Another brilliant all round musician Johnny was the drummer for Voyager, Mr. Big, Marillion, The SAS Band and Fish .In his first band he was discovered by Chas Chandler and actually met Jimi Hendrix.
 
Jeff Rich, Drums - Special Guest Print E-mail
Jeff RichJeff Rich (born 8 June 1953, Hackney, London) is an English rock drummer, who is best known as a former drummer for the English rock band, Status Quo. Rich played with Stretch, Judie Tzuke and the Climax Blues Band prior to joining Status Quo, where in 1986 he replaced Pete Kircher on drums. He was featured on Status Quo's albums "In the army now" up to and including "Famous in the last century".
 
Paul Hirsh, Keyboards - Special Guest Print E-mail
Paul Hirsh Paul one of our keyboard players, was in Voyager with Johnny Marter, and then went on to play in various bands. He finished a two year stint with Status Quo and most recently toured with Chris Rea. Brilliant all round musician 
 
Spike Edney, Keyboards/Guitar - Special Guest Print E-mail
Spike Edney Spike is the legendary '5th Member' of Queen as their live keyboard and guitar player since the mid-eighties. He has played with everybody from 10cc and Peter Green to the Beautiful South as well as fronting the hugely successful SAS Band.
 
Dave Dulake, Keyboards - Special Guest Print E-mail
Dave Dulake
Dave is a multi instrumentalist and fronts his own band "Virgo Intacta" who recently opened for the "White Stripes". Jack Black is a big fan of Dave, and he has worked with Southend's finest 'The Phroggs" and also with "The Kinks".

 
John 'Rhino' Edwards, Bass - Special Guest Print E-mail
John "Rhino" Edwards Rhino has been part of the engine room of Status Quo for over 15 years, and because of commitments can only do the occasional outing with us, fortunately he has agreed to play on a few tracks on our forthcoming CD.
 
Gary Grainger, Guitar - Special Guest Print E-mail
Gary GraingerGary is a brilliant guitarist who played in Strider, then joined Rod Stewart for 5 years co writing "Hot Legs" and "I Was Only Joking" also co wrote with Johnny Warman and Ringo Starr "Don't go where the road don't go". He played in Roger Daltrey's Band as well as with Pete Townshend.
 
Neil Murray, Bass - Special Guest Print E-mail
Neil Murray Neil Murray was born in Edinburgh, Scotland, many years ago, and grew up in the small town of Melrose. He has been a member of Whitesnake, Black Sabbath, Brian May Band, Gary Moore's band and Peter Green's Splinter Group, as well as doing sessions and live dates with Sting, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Ian Gillan, Bill Bruford, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and many others.
 
John Lingwood, Drums - Special Guest Print E-mail
John Lingwood John Lingwood (born Wembley, London, England) is perhaps best known as the drummer for Manfred Mann's Earth Band between 1979 and 1986. He featured on the albums Chance, Somewhere in Afrika, Budapest Live, Criminal Tango and Masque. Since leaving the band he has performed with The Company Of Snakes (a band predominantly featuring ex-members of Whitesnake) between 1998 and 2002, featuring on the live album Here They Go Again and the studio album Burst The Bubble. Wing Commander Lingwood served with us in Bosnia and was highly decorated
